Combine that fun little rectangular device that does everything with a company that is focused on getting businesses to show up in safe and relevant ways on it, and you've got a recipe for great success! What started out as a project based partnership turned into years of working together to bring a little bit of fun to the world of B2B ad products.
That's not to say I didn't face any challenges along the way. Uncertain budgets, changing narratives, shifts in leadership, and unclear objectives. Even against the odds I was able to create consistency where there was none and helped marketing manage their workloads and budgets by identifying inefficiencies and enabling teams to bypass work funnels through the use of enablement modules, AI automation agents, and by establishing design systems with the help of external agency.

Sometimes you have to just make something based in clarity and compare it against what is currently in place in order to show how it works.
From content to internal initiatives, brand campaigns, and style guides. We worked closely with marketing, sales, and the creative teams to develop systems that bring cost savings as well as generate revenue.
